Debi is a consummate professional. She is self-directed, proactive, and takes the lead in using her extensive experience and expertise to further the goals of the organization. She is quick to suggest and implement improvements and new procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow. Her communication skills and judgement are excellent, knowing when to move forward and implement changes on her own and when to seek approval and involve other team members before implementing changes. Debi is also very good at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. She has a high level of emotional maturity in dealing with team members, and is proactive in resolving any interpersonal conflicts and challenges that might arise.
